I was trying different exercises, I used to do yoga two times a week for four years, I did a lot of swimming, but nothing seemed to work. The bad posture was running in my family and I thought I won't be able to get rid of it.

When I became a Yoga teacher and I developed my knowledge in anatomy and kinesiology, I realised I can fix my posture if I focus on the right exercises and do them consistently and correctly at the right pace.

4 Weeks Posture Yoga Challenge
I created a course where you will be guided through the whole process during live streaming sessions and not just blindly follow prerecorded videos.
​
The course will start with a 90 min live streaming workshop, where you will be explained anatomy of the spine, which muscles are affected by the hunchback posture and in detail explained the poses and the technique.
​
I will take time to personally consult each participant before the course, to understand their condition and how the course could be beneficial for them.
​
We will be meeting three times a week for a 60 min online live streaming class. If you can not attend the class or workshop don't worry, the record will be send to you.
Also, there will be always an option to ask any related questions after the each class.
​
Number of the participants is limited to maximum of 8 people, in order to get the most individual approach.
